Es dif\u00edcil y las excusas afloran, cuando no se tiene la fuerza de voluntad suficiente para ejercitarse. Aunque en la <em>televisi\u00f3n<\/em>, pretenden <em>enga\u00f1arnos<\/em>, con <em>f\u00f3rmulas, m\u00e1quinas, pastillas y dem\u00e1s artilugios m\u00e1gicos<\/em>, lo cierto es que realmente no hay una <em>forma m\u00e1gica<\/em>, que logre hacer, en dos d\u00edas, el sedentarismo y la mala alimentaci\u00f3n que hemos venido acumulado desde muchos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como pas\u00f3 mucho tiempo, para llegar al punto donde estamos ahora, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 que pasar una buena cantidad de tiempo, para regresar a nuestros niveles ideales, seg\u00fan nuestras variables corporales personales.<\/p>\n<p>Y aunque pudiera parecer algo muy dif\u00edcil y hasta imposible de realizar, lo que necesitamos al final de cuentas, es <em>fuerza de voluntad<\/em>, crear un <em>plan de acci\u00f3n<\/em> y <em>ponerse en marcha<\/em>. Es dif\u00edcil, lo s\u00e9. Por momentos ser\u00e1\u00a0decepcionante\u00a0al no ver los resultados con la <a title=\"Trabaja y Persevera\" href=\"http:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2011\/02\/10\/trabaja-y-persevera\/\">celeridad que quisi\u00e9ramos<\/a>, pero, cuando mas desanimados estemos, es cuando mas fuerte debemos trabajar para alcanzar los objetivos y las metas propuestas.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Trabaja y Persevera\" href=\"http:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2011\/02\/10\/trabaja-y-persevera\/\">Trabaja y persevera<\/a>, que es la forma mas eficiente, de alcanzar nuestros prop\u00f3sitos.
