Y es que uno de los principales objetivos ya casi est\u00e1 alcanzado, aunque fue mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo que realmente esperaba, trajo como\u00a0<em>efecto secundario<\/em>, algo inesperado.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo desde el inicio ha sido la p\u00e9rdida de peso. Y gracias a Dios, lo he alcanzado con relativa, digamos facilidad y rapidez. Han sido meses de mucha disciplina y progresi\u00f3n. Disciplina que hay que mantener todos y cada uno de los d\u00edas, no se puede fallar ni una vez, porque se corre el riesgo de volver a los malos h\u00e1bitos, as\u00ed que es mejor ser fuerte y mantenerse lo m\u00e1s firme posible.<\/p>\n<p>Desde que inici\u00e9 en el gimnasio, el <em>25 de enero<\/em>, he perdido un poco m\u00e1s de 48 libras, claro que no es s\u00f3lo por los ejercicios, tambi\u00e9n tiene mucho que ver, el cambiar la alimentaci\u00f3n por una saludable. De hecho me preguntan qu\u00e9 tipo de dieta hago y pues no he hecho nada, simplemente dej\u00e9 la comida chatarra, pizzas, hamburguesas, tacos, etc y empec\u00e9 a comer de forma ordenada y saludable. Esto quiz\u00e1 haya sido, para mi al menos, lo m\u00e1s dif\u0107il, no dejar de comer pizza, sino mantener la disciplina de no recaer, sobre todo con tanta oferta y opciones que a cada paso encuentra uno.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s importante, es que dej\u00e9 de estar en el rango de obesidad, para pasar al rango normal. Algo que me llena de satisfacci\u00f3n y que ahora corresponde mantener, para no volver a esos niveles para nada saludables.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan me faltan 15 libras para llegar al peso ideal, lo cu\u00e1l, despu\u00e9s de haber perdido cerca de 50, lo veo mucho m\u00e1s cercano que cuando estaba a 65 libras de esa meta. Ese es el peso ideal, tomando en cuenta mi edad, altura, sexo y actividad f\u00edsica. Sin embargo, como les cuento, ya estoy en el rango normal de peso. Pero si, quiero llegar al peso ideal y tratar de mantenerme lo m\u00e1s cercano posible a ese n\u00famero.<\/p>\n<p>Parte de la estrategia, ha sido cambiar de correr 10 kms a 5 kms en cardio y m\u00e1s ejercicio de fuerza para aumentar la masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se bajan de la balanza, denle al bot\u00f3n del play y acomp\u00e1\u00f1enme en esta nueva aventura de\u00a0<em>Daily Gym<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola amigos, ya va siendo hora de hacer un cambio de estrategia en las rutinas que hago del gimnasio.
