{"id":31820,"date":"2023-07-16T06:00:28","date_gmt":"2023-07-16T12:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/?p=31820"},"modified":"2023-11-15T20:09:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T02:09:17","slug":"dos-mil-kilometros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/07\/16\/dos-mil-kilometros\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos mil kil\u00f3metros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hola amigos, bienvenidos a este episodio super especial, porque celebramos los primeros 2,000 kil\u00f3metros recorridos en el gimnasio, a escasos dos d\u00edas de cumplier seis meses de asistir al gimnasio.<\/p>\n<p>No imagin\u00e9 el d\u00eda que ingres\u00e9, que en relativamente poco tiempo iba a tener en mi cuenta, tal cantidad de kil\u00f3metros, la mayor\u00eda corridos y unos cuantos caminados de forma intensa. Para mi es una haza\u00f1a muy importante que me motiva a seguir adelante y ojal\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n motive a otros a hacer m\u00e1s ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1cticamente pas\u00e9 de 0 a 2,000 kil\u00f3metros en s\u00f3lo seis meses, claro que trajo como consecuencia, que tambi\u00e9n haya reducido de peso de forma considerable, de eso hablar\u00e9 en otro episodio espec\u00edfico. As\u00ed que puedo certificar que hacer ejercicio y una buena alimentaci\u00f3n, son la f\u00f3rmula perfecta para reducir de peso y tonificar el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Este episodio lo grab\u00e9 un lunes y se siente raro por haber ido el domingo y luego el lunes, pens\u00e9 que era domingo, totalmente descontrolado el reloj y calendario interno, ser\u00e1 cuesti\u00f3n de organizaci\u00f3n nada m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, como se los hab\u00eda prometido antes, hoy jubilamos y damos de baja con todos los honores a mis queridos tenis verdes, que con gran hidalgu\u00eda y entereza, fueron mis fieles compa\u00f1eros en estos dos mil kil\u00f3metros.
