De hecho, los m\u00fasculos crecen cuando descansamos, claro que primero tuvimos que haber hecho ejercicio, no es que sin hacer nada, van a crecer. Primero el ejercicio y luego el m\u00fasculo se va regenerando gradualmente, creciendo y fortaleci\u00e9ndose.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 les cuento una breve historia sobre la can\u00edcula y de por qu\u00e9 no he podido dormir bien, adem\u00e1s comento sobre la forma en la que \u00e9sto afecta el rendimiento dentro del gimnasio. Seg\u00fan lo que logrado determinar, aproximadamente podemos decir que la proporci\u00f3n es 1:2, es decir por cada unidad de ejercicio que hacemos, descansamos dos.
