{"id":31539,"date":"2023-05-31T06:00:40","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T12:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/?p=31539"},"modified":"2023-06-16T20:56:29","modified_gmt":"2023-06-17T02:56:29","slug":"brazo-y-pierna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/05\/31\/brazo-y-pierna\/","title":{"rendered":"Brazo y pierna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cosas curiosas pasan en el gimnasio y hoy vamos a platicar de una que me ha parecido sumamente interesante:\u00a0<em>brazo y pierna<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquiera pensar\u00eda, al menos eso pensaba yo, que en el gimnasio uno ejercitaba todos los m\u00fasculos con m\u00e1s o menos igual nivel de proporci\u00f3n, cantidad e intensidad, a fin de que todos se desarrollaran en iguales proporciones. Eso pensaba y cre\u00eda yo, estaba en un gran error.<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, no exactamente en un error porque claro que uno puede hacerlo de esa forma, pero amigos, he descubierto o m\u00e1s bien notado, algo sumamente curioso, a los hombres les gusta m\u00e1s entrenar los brazos, pecho, torso y las mujeres prefieren m\u00e1s ejercitar las piernas y gl\u00fateos. En lo que s\u00ed coinciden todos, es que a nadie le gusta ejercitar el abdomen.<\/p>\n<p>Esto que les comento, fue algo que not\u00e9 casi desde el principio, pero pens\u00e9 que eran casos aislados, que no era una regla impl\u00edcita, pero no amigos, al parecer esa es la norma y no la excepci\u00f3n. Cosa m\u00e1s curiosa esa.<\/p>\n<p>No se si a\u00fan no he llegado al nivel en el que est\u00e1n los dem\u00e1s, pero personalmente a\u00fan no siento la necesidad de ejercitar una parte m\u00e1s que la otra, aunque ahora que lo pienso m\u00e1s despacio, en las rutinas asignadas en la aplicaci\u00f3n, si que hay una inclinaci\u00f3n a ejercitar m\u00e1s la parte superior, no lo hab\u00eda notado.<\/p>\n<p>Pasen adelante amigos, denle al bot\u00f3n del play y escuchen este breve an\u00e1lisis sobre las preferencias de ejercitaci\u00f3n entre hombres y mujeres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cosas curiosas pasan en el gimnasio y hoy vamos a platicar de una que me ha parecido sumamente interesante:\u00a0brazo y pierna.
