Desde que <a href=\"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/02\/25\/primer-dia-un-mes-despues\/\">inici\u00e9 en el gimnasio<\/a> hasta al d\u00eda de hoy, he caminado y corrido\u00a01,487 kms, de los cuales\u00a060% han sido en caminata vigorosa, es decir a 6 km\/h y el\u00a040% ha sido corriendo, por lo menos a 8 km\/h o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Esa distancia me lleva f\u00e1cilmente hasta\u00a0<em>San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica<\/em> o tambi\u00e9n es el equivalente a ir y venir a Tikal y todav\u00eda me sobran algunos kil\u00f3metros por ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Caminar y correr, son <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ejercicio_aer%C3%B3bico\">ejercicios\u00a0<em>cardiovasculares<\/em><\/a> por excelencia. Caminar y correr tanto, a diario como lo hago yo, constantemente y de forma t\u00e9cnica, traen como consecuencia inevitable, pues el aumento de la resistencia f\u00edsica y la disminuci\u00f3n de peso que es mi objetivo principal cuando ingres\u00e9 al gimnasio y todos los esfuerzos van encaminados a alcanzar ese prop\u00f3sito. De eso les hablar\u00e9 luego m\u00e1s despacio, por que si amigos, si he bajado bastante de peso, a\u00fan falta un poco para llegar a mi peso ideal, pero la meta ya no est\u00e1 tan lejana como en el principio, estoy a menos del 30% de alcanzarlo.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente mi rutina en el gimnasio se puede dividir en dos partes,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/03\/25\/la-caminadora\/\"><em>la caminadora<\/em><\/a> y los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/04\/02\/peso-integrado-peso-libre\/\"><em>ejercicios de musculaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/a>. Y es que pr\u00e1cticamente vivo en la caminadora, por supuesto tengo mi favorita que es la que siempre uso, es tan as\u00ed, que otros usuarios ya lo han notado e incluso me preguntan si la voy a usar para no usarla ellos, a pesar de que hay otras diecinueve, todos saben que <em>esa es la m\u00eda<\/em>. Bueno, en realidad creo que cada uno tiene su propia caminadora favorita. Son todas iguales, pero por alguna raz\u00f3n, preferimos una a otra.<\/p>\n<p>Mi meta a final de a\u00f1o o antes si es posible, es llegar a\u00a070% corriendo y 30% caminando, es decir, el inverso m\u00e1s o menos de lo que actualmente hago. Y no por supuesto eso har\u00e1 que tambi\u00e9n aumente la distancia recorrida, la resistencia y lo \u00fanico que disminuir\u00e1 m\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 el peso. As\u00ed que todo es ganar-ganar. Claro que la alimentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tiene un papel fundamental en todo esto.<\/p>\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito de alimentaci\u00f3n, al momento llevo gastadas\u00a0186,233 calor\u00edas, en promedio gasto un poco m\u00e1s de 2,200 diarias, aunque al principio era menos por supuesto. Al momento, el r\u00e9cord es de 3,053 calor\u00edas en un s\u00f3lo d\u00eda. Lo malo de ser tan competitivo, es que siempre quiero ir superando las marcas que voy haciendo, pero en este caso creo que me quedar\u00e9 con las 2,000 calor\u00edas diarias y con la meta de 70% corriendo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n quiero correr 10 kil\u00f3metros a por lo menos 8 km\/h de velocidad o m\u00e1s si es posible.
