En mi humilde opini\u00f3n y concepci\u00f3n de las cosas, soy de la idea de que ir al gimnasio debiera de ser una experiencia agradable, divertida, enriquecedora y que al terminar la sesi\u00f3n o la rutina, pues nos sintamos bien y con ganas de volver al otro d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Nada m\u00e1s alejado a lo que he visto en algunos usuarios y grupos de usuarios, en los que hacen rutinas tan extenuantes, que algunos han llegado casi al punto del desmayo, se nota que lo est\u00e1n pasando mal y que est\u00e1n sufriendo. No se si eso les gusta y por eso lo hacen, en cierta forma de masoquismo, donde el sufrimiento les produce satisfacci\u00f3n, no lo se realmente.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 no sea eso, sino que creen falsamente que as\u00ed es como debe de ser un gimnasio, en que se llega a sufrir y que hay que aplicar el desventurado lema:\u00a0<em>\u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/No_pain,_no_gain\">no pain, no gain<\/a>\u00ab<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>No digo que uno deba quedarse en lo m\u00ednimo y no ir mejorando en las rutinas, pero tampoco es necesario ir de cero a cien en un s\u00f3lo d\u00eda o sobre esforzarse de forma innecesaria. Ac\u00e1 todo se trata de una progresi\u00f3n gradual, sistem\u00e1tica y programada. No de ir a lo loco haciendo grandes haza\u00f1as hoy y terminar con lesiones ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>De nada sirve hacer un sobre esfuerzo en un d\u00eda, si luego se pasan tres o cuatro d\u00edas sin asistir porque est\u00e1n lesionados o porque el dolor ha perdurado a lo largo del tiempo y los deja pr\u00e1cticamente inmovilizados.<\/p>\n<p>Esto por supuesto, como ya habr\u00e1n intuido, es propio de los que vienen de otros gimnasios, que trayendo las malas costumbres aprendidas, ac\u00e1 las siguen repitiendo. Lo bueno es que el asunto es personal y\u00a0<em>cada quien se mata con su propia mano<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En este episodio les hablo sobre una experiencia cercan en el tema.
