Estando yo en el <a href=\"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/04\/02\/peso-integrado-peso-libre\/\">\u00e1rea de peso libre<\/a> usando unas mancuernas, veo que en la m\u00e1quina de la par, que se utiliza para ejercitar las piernas, una chica est\u00e1 haciendo lo suyo ah\u00ed, todo normal hasta el momento, pero en eso veo que empieza a poner discos y discos a cada lado, de 20 kg cada uno (44 lb) y no par\u00f3 hasta que no tuvo ocho discos en total. Esto es 160 kg equivalente a unas 352 libras, que se coloca en posici\u00f3n en la m\u00e1quina y empieza a empujar ese peso en la m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n<p>Pero eso no es todo, claro que no, porque la m\u00e1quina en s\u00ed misma sin ning\u00fan disco, pesa 75 kg (165 lb), si a eso le sumamos los 160 kg anteriores, pues ella estaba nada m\u00e1s y nada menos que empujando con sus piernas 235 kg, unas 517 lb. Debieron de haber visto eso, totalmente impresionante ver como mov\u00eda cinco quintales \u00fanicamente con sus piernas, eso es casi tres veces lo que yo peso.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que yo no me iba a quedar solo viendo y pues tuve que hablarle y despu\u00e9s de felicitarla por su haza\u00f1a, estuve muy interesado en lo que me contaba y pues resulta que desafortunadamente hace un tiempo tuvo un accidente en donde la atropellaron y le fracturaron un pie, por lo que estuvo fuera de los gimnasios por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s o menos.<\/p>\n<p>Me contaba que ahora que abrieron este gimnasio, pues volvi\u00f3 a ejercitarse y se est\u00e1 preparando para volver a su <em>nivel anterior<\/em>, porque a\u00fan le falta. \u00a1\u00bfQu\u00e9?! pens\u00e9 yo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo as\u00ed que a\u00fan le falta para llegar a su nivel?, si ya mover m\u00e1s de 500 libras es totalmente impresionante y ella todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 en su nivel anterior. Pues claro que estar\u00e9 muy pendiente de cuando vaya aumentando ese nivel para felicitarla de nuevo.<\/p>\n<p>Por cierto hay algo muy curioso con esta chica en relaci\u00f3n con su nombre, sin lugar a dudas en mi opini\u00f3n es el m\u00e1s bonito de todos los que vamos al gimnasio. Estoy preparando un episodio en donde hablar\u00e9 de ello y claro, revelar\u00e9 su nombre.
