Como consecuencia de m\u00e1s de dos meses continuos e intensivos en el gimnasio, los primeros resultados se empiezan a notar, no se emocionen porque no es que pueda cargar un garraf\u00f3n de agua en cada mano mientras llevo otro colgando debajo de cada brazo, pero si por ah\u00ed a lo lejos, como quien no quiere, haci\u00e9ndose el escurridizo, ya empiezo a notar que empiezo a tener unos quince len m\u00e1s de resistencia y fuerza en general.<\/p>\n<p>Eso da esperanzas de que mi condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica en alg\u00fan momento entre hoy y veinte a\u00f1os, pueda ir mejorando, eso espero. No por algo las interminables horas haciendo ejercicio, quemando miles de calor\u00edas al d\u00eda, que por cierto en promedio son unas 2,150 calor\u00edas diarias, pues todo va sumando y al final algo se va viendo por ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Una de mis metas, es poder tomar el garraf\u00f3n, colocarlo en el dispensador y no votar la mitad del agua mientras lo hago. Cuando sea capaz de hacer eso, poder tachar en mi\u00a0<i>checklist<\/i>, una tarea y poder decir: misi\u00f3n cumplida.<\/p>\n<p>Y ya que estamos hablando de agua, no olviden hidratarse bastante.
