En el <a href=\"https:\/\/quechilero.com\/blog\/2023\/03\/28\/buena-alimentacion\/\">episodio anterior, les hablaba sobre la buena alimentaci\u00f3n<\/a>, hoy para complementar un poco y desarrollar m\u00e1s el tema, hablar\u00e9 de la falta de un nutricionista en el gimnasio. Para mi eso es algo fundamental y que complementar\u00eda de muy buena forma, el buen trabajo que ya realiza el gimnasio en general.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s profundizo un poco en el tema de los\u00a0<em>\u00absupuestos beneficios\u00bb<\/em> que el gimnasio ofrece, cuando se paga una cuota adicional. Son supuestos, porque llego a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el\u00a0<em>\u00fanico beneficiado<\/em>, es el gimnasio mismo y no los usuarios, as\u00ed que no vale la pena hacer ese pago adicional. \u00c9ste tema lo he conversado con otros usuarios y al final todos han conclu\u00eddo en lo mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, un verdadero beneficio, para los usuarios y que muchos si estar\u00edan dispuestos a pagar ese suplemento adicional, es el poder consultar con un nutricionista, as\u00ed al menos no ir\u00edamos a ciegas o en el mejor caso, comiendo de forma emp\u00edrica por decirlo as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Amigos, el podcast ya est\u00e1 servido, pasen adelante, escuchen y compartan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfHay problemas en el sonido?, disculpen, sigo buscando la mejor forma de poder grabar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola, hola.
