Cocinar los esp\u00e1rragos en agua hirviendo con sal. El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n var\u00eda dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de los esp\u00e1rragos, pero deben estar \u00abal dente\u00bb. Una vez cocida, enfriar en un ba\u00f1o de agua con hielo para detener la cocci\u00f3n. Repetir la misma operaci\u00f3n con el az\u00facar. A continuaci\u00f3n, repita con guisantes frescos (cocinar 10 a 15 min.). Picar la albahaca fresca.<\/p>\n<p>Hierva el agua en una olla grande para las pastas. A\u00f1adir una pizca de sal al agua. Cocer la pasta. Mientras tanto, preparar una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva, rehogar un poco de ajo. A\u00f1adir los esp\u00e1rragos, agregar el az\u00facar, los guisantes, la albahaca picada, sal y pimienta a la pasta escurrida y espolvorear con queso parmesano.
